eratetracker.com is an independent E-rate program management platform providing tools for tracking funding, managing compliance, generating documents, and analyzing market data. The Platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC), the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), or any government agency.
The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate draft documents including but not limited to: PIA responses, Requests for Proposal (RFPs), bid award letters, vendor outreach emails, and market analysis briefs.

The Platform displays data sourced from USAC Open Data (a public domain dataset) and other publicly available sources. This data may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. The Company makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any data displayed on the Platform. Always verify critical information directly in USAC's EPC system before making funding or compliance decisions.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
The Platform provides informational tools to assist with E-rate program management. Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal or compliance advice. Users should consult with qualified E-rate counsel for compliance questions. The Company is not responsible for any funding denials, audit findings, or compliance violations arising from use of the Platform.
Subscriptions are billed by The Moore Zeigler Group, LLC. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly agreed in writing. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice.
The Platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding public domain data), is owned by The Moore Zeigler Group, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform without express written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Alabama.
